About Me

I am Dr. Amelia Bridges, a research scientist based at the University of Plymouth in the UK. My research primarily focuses on benthic habitat mapping in deep water and the use of models to inform spatial management. I am also involved in projects investigating the application of artificial intelligence in image annotation, modelling larval dispersal to characterize connectivity, and how fisheries management organisations use data  to achieve sustainable management.
